08-09-09 Well we finally had our ride and cookout. The event went great. A special thanks goes to Harry and Lynn for opening their house for the cookout and meeting. The work on their house looks really good. The food was good and I believe everyone had a good time.
08-01-09 Shawn and Kristen Moore are now owners of a new 4 seater sandrail and will joining us in our club activites. We are glad to have them aboard.
08-01-09 The club ride and cookout will be held 08-09-09. We will be discussing the upcoming trip to Circle Yer Wagens. If you plan to attend the cookout don't forget to notify Clay or Ted.

12-29-08 The Hot VW issue with the article from Circle Yer Wagens should go on sale December 30. This will be the February issue. Theyare suppose to have information about Georgia Rail in the article. Don't forget to pick one up.
10-27-08 Georgia Rail had 5 sand rails entered into the car show at Solid Rock Baptist Church. Clay won first place in the sand rail class, Ted won second place in the sand rail class and Marty won third place in the sand rail class.
10-26-08 Georgia Rail will have several of their rails displayed in a car show at Solid Rock Baptist Church on Brown Bridge Road in Covington Sunday 10-26-08 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Come out and visit us!
10-13-08 Several members are looking for VW engines. If anyone knows where we can find some dual port engines that we can get at a good price let us know on our contact page. It does not need to be running we will build it to our liking anyway.
10-12-08 Georgia Rail is now the owner of an embroidery machine. The new machine is a Husqavarna and should be capable of embroidering our shirts and caps. The sad news is it will not do our seats.
10-12-08 Marty is now the proud owner of another rail buggy. Marty found him a good deal and purchased another one. He will have to spend time fixing it up. Good Luck Marty.
10-11-08 Harry rode in the Richard Petty Driving Experience. He was the passenger of the vehicle that went approximately 165 MPH around the track. I bet he now wants to drive.
